Distributing documents on CD or DVD with PaperStore CD Publishing
	Need to share a large set of documents with a supplier, a consultant, or an auditor? When the documents are too large to e-mail, you may prefer to burn them on a CD or DVD. But how do you ensure that your supplier can view the files? And what about indexing and search criteria information? The easy solution is to use the PaperStore CD Publishing that creates a mini viewing system right on the CD/DVD.
Simply follow the following steps:
	Select the documents you want to share. From the utilities menu select the "Publish" option. Enter a Publish set name, then select a folder as destination. Click OK and the selected documents, together with their index search criteria and associated Viewer software, will be copied. Use Windows XP or burner software to burn the files and folders that were copied to the destination folder to an empty CD/DVD. For the user to launch Published Paperstore, simply insert the CD/DVD and a "miniature" version of the PaperStore client appears with only the copied documents you chose to publish.
