Hitec Integration announces an automated e-mail facility for users of DataStore and DataStore Plus software. The facility allows for the of time critical reports and documents to remote user, customers and clients. 

The facility is also available for distribution of Invoices and Statements via e-mail to selected clients.

Reports/Statements/Invoices, etc. are rendered in PDF format prior to e-mailing to maintain format and overlay integrity. The capability is compatible with MAPI compliant mail systems.

Some examples of Usage:

A midwest Agronomy Company was spending $800 per month in postage to deliver monthly P&L statements to hundreds of remote sites. Another $1800 per month could be attributed to printing, bursting and stuffing of envelopes. Both the postage costs and the associated labor have been eliminated.

A much larger group of companies are considering the delivery of invoices and statements via e-mail. Recipiants can be added and deleted as necessary as this type of delivery system becomes more accepted and common practice.

This capability extends the functionality and value of DataStore systems and promotes further cost savings and expidited processess.
