Maximizing Use of Archived Information

DataStore Plus provides a report warehouse that contains valuable information. Data Mining tools from Hitec Integration are available to help extract related information from this electronic warehouse.

While archiving is an important requirement, the ability to re-use the information (while preserving the integrity of the original data) is equally so. Once retrieved, a selection within a page, a page, or range of pages may be exported to a word processing or spread sheet package. Alternatively, using the unique Data Clipbook or data mining features, columns or discrete pieces of data may be seamlessly exported to spreadsheets, substantially increasing the speed of creation of new reports, and eliminating the possibility of input errors.

Automated settings can be saved so that routine extraction and exporting may be easily completed on a regularly scheduled basis, with minimal human intervention.
