2003 Hitec releases remote scanning and indexing for
document images. Remote offices and service sites can now
efficiently scan and index documents that are sent via the WEB to any
centralized imaging system. Indexes and the related tiff objects
are packaged for movement at customer defined frequencies.
Indexing schemes are easily defined through easy to use set up
screens. Data Entry productivity tools are imbedded throughout the
application that reduce keystrokes. This program is ideal for both
scanning and remote data entry that requires viewing the images.

2002 Hitec and ISSolutions have teamed up with Iatric Systems to provide
an integrated archiving solution for Meditech Information Systems.
Using Iatric's Medlink technology, users are presented additional menu
options on the Meditech screens that link directly to Hitec's DataStore

and Business Partner VW International, in Alexandria, VA announces the
implementation of a Document Imaging system at the South Carolina
National Guard as part of a contract to back file scan and index
personnel records.
April 2001 - Hitec Integration
and Business Partner IS Solutions in Omaha Nebraska announces the
implementation of a COLD / ERM and Imaging system at Kearney Nebraska
Police Department. Kearney PD is recognized as one of the
Midwest's most progressive organizations. The Cold / ERM
system includes automated capture of reports generated on the
Department's AS/400 based crime management system using Hitec's Qwatch
solution. Paper based data is also being scanned as source
information.
April 2001 - Hitec Integration and Business Partner IS Solutions in
Omaha Nebraska announces the implementation of a COLD / ERM system at
Farmer's National Corporation in Omaha. Farmer's National manages absentee
owner farm properties for over 4000 clients nation wide. The Cold
/ ERM system includes automated capture of reports and client statements
from the firms AS/400 using Hitec's Qwatch solution.
March 2001 - Hitec Integration and Business Partner Delta Systems in
Kansas City announces the implementation of a large scale COLD-ERM and
Imaging system at Community America Credit Union. This system
serves over 300 users on the Credit Union's multi-state wide area
network. The implementation included the conversion of 6 years
worth of information being held in a competitor's system which was being
given early retirement. Along with the ERM and Imaging, Delta
Systems has also installed Check and Item processing
technologies.
